2020 Unders v Overs Tournament
The 2020 Covid 19 pandemic has had a drastic effect on sport this year, meaning that for tennis there have been no league matches or club tournaments and until May very little opportunity to play, however with careful obedience to the rules, we were able to hold our annual Unders v Overs event on Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August.
The sun shone and the tennis was hard fought but great fun with the Unders yet again winning by a comfortable margin, with a total of 54 games to 29. The afternoon was rounded off by a delicious tea provided by various participating players (see pictures with a lot of actions from the day here).
There will be some more fun tournaments organised in the not to distant future, so it will be good to hopefully see a lot more familiar faces back on court.
